
Artist talk and exclusive first look of newly commissioned work by Miami-based artist, Kerry Phillips, Art becomes a means for remembrance and connectivity in this large-scale, site-specific sculptural installation. Phillips uses various home goods, scavenged objects, and a landscape of salvaged carpet in unexpected ways as she explores the precarious intersections of materials that define humanity’s ongoing negotiations with industrialization, technology, the environment, and material culture.
