Renown Health is Northern Nevada's largest, and only, not-for-profit locally governed healthcare network. We are seeking full-time Day Hospitalist to join the Hospitalist team and serving our partnership facility in Gardnerville, NV – Carson Valley Medical Center.
Position will be day admitting and rounding with cross coverage calls, procedures are required. Incumbent with have ED physician support and specialty back up at nearby transfer hospital if needed. Hospitalist will also respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response in the hospital. This is an employed position with Renown Medical Group.
CVMC is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital serving the Gardnerville community. Gardnerville/Carson City area is abundant with hometown community culture, outdoor recreation, state national parks, family centered activities, and wildlife. Hospital is 55 minute drive from the city of Reno and 30 minutes from Carson City.
